What visitors say

★★★★★

“Staff was super polite and patient in explaining the prices and terms. Bikes were in good condition. There is another Bike Stop near East Coast Lagoon, but do note that there is a $3 charge for bike to be returned there. Family bikes must be returned to the same shop.”

“Really disappointed with the poor attitude of the staff at Bike Stop along East Coast Park. I was cycling with my 10yo son and realised his bicycle seat was too low for him, so I stopped by and asked if I could just borrow an Allen key for a quick adjustment. I clearly said I did not need anyone to fix it for me and only wanted to adjust the seat myself. Instead, the staff was rude and kept repeating that if I wanted it fixed, I had to pay and that they do not lend out tools. I did not ask how much it was but the attitude and lack of willingness to help was appalling so I left in a fury. I understand business may have their policies, but it’s really sad how some businesses nowadays seem to care only about making money and forget what customer service is about. Sometimes a small gesture of kindness goes a long way. This left a really poor impression and honestly I would never rent a bicycle from them in future. After looking through other Google reviews, it seems that issues with poor attitude and customer service are not new, which is really disappointing for a business that serves families and park visitors.”

“The bicycle was in poor condition, and it didn’t have a mudguard. It happened to rain, so my clothes got splashed and became very dirty.”

“Overcharged $32 for a tube replacement and didn’t even know how to take off and put the wheel back on. Was insanely rough with my bike ended up causing damage to my brakes. Do not ask for a quick fix here.”
